Interest Area

Exploratory

Not sure what you want to study yet? That’s okay!
We want to help you find an area of study that’s right for you.

If you're undecided, explore your options here.

  • If you are not yet sure what you want to study, check out the I Want to Explore My Options below.
  • If you are interested in STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) but not sure which discipline, jump to Leaning toward STEM below.

I Want to Explore My Options

Sometimes, we need to take a few classes to learn more about our interests and what we want to pursue in the future. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to get a few requirements out of the way (like your college English and Math courses), and take a variety of General Education courses that will introduce you to many academic disciplines and give you a taste of what you can study and where those paths can lead you.

Check out our sample schedule below to see how you can intentionally explore your options without losing too much time or taking classes you may not need.
